Exceptionally clean, great budget hotel with efficient and thoughtful staff. Beautiful building and rooms with a sofa bed. Location adjacent to a soccer tournament and Indianapolis for many years and Carmel, Indiana. Also, in the arrival area. Very good stay for a business trip.

The carpets were dirty as the hotel was under construction. The lady at the counter was rude and inconsiderate. I feel that they gave us a room in the secluded wing where the floor carpets were dirty because we went through booking buddy. It was not a nice expreience. The facility was excellent and so was the location but the aisles were filthy and it seemed we were the only ones in that wing when there were other rooms avaialble in cleaner wings. I checked the carpets in other wings and they were much cleaner.
Attitude, cleanliness and resentment that we came through booking buddy. We were given a secluded room in a dirty wing when the rooms were available in cleaner wings.

Four Points by Sheraton is switching over to be a Holiday Inn Express. It is located within a complex of commercial business buildings in a secluded area near the expressway. It was very convenient to get to as are most Indy streets, once you get into town, which was great. At the time of our booking, the hotel was being renovated and the hallways and elevator had been stripped down to be worked on, but they continued to rent the rooms to guests. The room had a paint smell which was not good. However, it was just updated, so that part was great. Pillows were a little too soft. Was concerned about the noise for the night, because of some of the other guests we saw, but it turned out fine. Before approaching the room, we went back to the desk because the hallways and elevator did not, by any means, give the appearance the hotel was ready for guests (came off rather peculiar), so we made a comment to the girl at the desk. She apologized for the condition of the hallways and elevators. She was very nice and the other staff member at the front desk the next day was fine too. In order to get to the rooms you have to go outside of the check in/restaurant area and bring your bags to the next building directly behind it, which seemed odd at first. Once this place gets settled, it would probably be okay to return again, provided that the management has things under a little better control.

Check-in was very professionally handled by Aaron - who was extremely helpful and very friendly. When asked about area restaurants, Aaron made an excellent recommendation, provided a map for us and, when we returned, asked us how it was. Overall, our stay was the perfect getaway!

The beautiful hotel is set within a tranquil business park, offering clean, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast experience. Enjoying the green spaces around the hotel was a highlight. The internet connection was annoyingly uncooperative, and attempts to reach the front desk were met with busy signals, complicating my work. I noticed that some areas of the hotel are showing signs of age, impacting overall experience.

One night, I went to the bar, and the bartender remembered my drink without me asking! Very refreshing! It just makes the place feel a bit more personal, ya know?
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.
